We are a passionate learning Vocational Training Institution from Uganda, Westnile, Arua City and Ediofe. As Our Motto states "No Body is Late with Learning", We admit all kinds of people especially People with Disabilities (PWDs), Mothers, Fathers, School drop outs etc. We have trained and imparted Hands on Skills to Learners for over 30 Years since the Establishment of the School in 1989.
