Our Objectives indicates the desirable knowledge, skills, or attitudes to be gained. Objectives are the foundation upon which you can build lessons and assessments and instruction that you can prove meet your overall course or lesson goals

General objective:

To address and respond to the problem of unemployment for youth across the country by equipping them with market relevant vocational knowledge and practical skills so as to improve their self of paid employability, and contribute to reduction of crime among youth.

Specific Objectives:

1) Equip youth with knowledge and technical skills that are relevant for self or paid employment. These include, entrepreneurship skills, ‘mind set’ change to prepare them for ‘real life’ work experience as FLAMINIO provides skills training in Tailoring, Salon, Catering, Weaving, Baking, Catering and Hotel Management, Knitting, Building, Agriculture and Computer Training.

2) Impart entrepreneurship skills and attitude to enhance productivity and competitiveness of youth in the real world of work.

3) Provide counselling and guidance for career development and moral rehabilitation – The youth of today face many choices and challenges that leave many of them confused and needing support, guidance and even counselling.

4) Equip unemployed youth and school leavers with employable and marketable skills. FLAMINIO is aware of the labour market needs in Arua, and has adapted its training curriculum to address specific skills gaps to enable Youth be market relevant and employable.
