Catering and Hotel Management
Catering is a one year course on a certificate level. We have got professional and well trained instructors. The enrollment is open to everyone regardless of age, education level, tribe and religion. We do both formal and modular exams. We offer 60%of practical skills and 40% theory. In practical lessons, learners practice in food and beverage services, and production. On top of that, learners do daily cooking and services for fellow learners’ meal which is well balanced for both nutritional and learning purposes which gives them exposure however it is done in shifts such that there are no interruptions in the daily class time table. We also have housekeeping lessons all under instruction and supervision of Instructors. Apart from teaching, we also offer outside catering services and functional cakes. Course Description

Certification
At the end of the Courses, the laerner is subjected external assessment board known as Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board that cerifies and awards the successful learners with Certificates and Transcripts.
Course Duration
- For One Year Course: three terms
- For 6 months Course: two terms.
- For 3 months Course: One term mainly for Orginization
- Admission fee of 15,000/= UGX
- To Qualify for Level Two Certificate one must atleast complete "O" Level and pass atleast five subjects or Have level one in Catering
- To Qualify for Level One Certificate one must atleast complete Primary Seven and pass the subjects.
- To Qualify for Modular Certificate one must atleast complete Primary Six and below.
- Any intereted Candidate who wish to get skilled can apply without any level of Education
