Flaminio vocational training center is mission owned institution under the management of Board of Trustees of Arua Diocese Headed by the Bishop with its stakeholders who are the BOG members chaired by the parish priest of Ediofe Cathedral parish who relates with the Chief Head Trainer of the institution in running the Centre.
